Peach season in Georgia is in full swing! Sweet, juicy and delicious peaches have been on my counter and in my belly for just about the entire Summer! This peach pie is for one thing Gluten Free and the other thing…..it’s just fabulous! Nothing better than a peach combined with toasted pecans. So yummy! You will never know this is gluten free…it’s that good!

GLUTEN-FREE GEORGIA PEACH PECAN PRALINE PIE
- Gluten-Free Frozen Pie Crust
- 1 tsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (divided)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 3 large eggs3 cups fresh sliced peaches
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
Sprinkle pie crust with 1 tsp flour and set aside. Beat 3 Tbsp flour, sugar, and the next 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute. Stir in peaches and 1/4 cup butter and then pour into pie crust. Combine remaining flour and brown sugar in a small bowl; cut in 2 Tbsp butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Stir in chopped pecans and sprinkle over the peach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set, shielding with aluminum foil after 35 minutes to prevent excessive browning. Serve warm with a side of gluten-free vanilla ice cream.
