This was our first sight right when we pulled up a block away. We found a parking space and off we went to explore!
The first stop was Silos Baking Co.
What a beautiful Spring Texas day! Cool temps, nice breeze, and blue skies.
People are lined up around the corner of the building of Silos Baking Co. The line moves surprisingly fast. It is definitely a well-run operation on the inside. People are quick to order which makes the line keep moving. I was impressed.
The signs were so welcoming and so were these sweet gals at Silos Baking Co. Such friendly and great service from Cara, Dare, and Hannah! These girls are hard-working and have sweet smiles for everyone! Silos Baking Co. is such a sweet experience from the minute you walk into the last steps on the way out with your shopping bag in hand!
I was able to enjoy a delicious gluten-free cookie from Silos Baking Co. I wasn’t sure if they had anything gluten-free until I got there. On Tuesday, they had one gluten-free Vanilla Bean Shortbread cookie that is prepared off-site to avoid cross-contamination. It was yummy! The perfect snack for back at the hotel after a full day of walking a bazillion miles. They also have two other gluten-free flavors to choose from; Oatmeal Chocolate Chip & Peanut Butter Oatmeal.
This little luscious lemon number is NOT gluten-free, but I thought it was too pretty to not get a photo. It sure looked good!!
A fun shopping bag to boot! Every little detail was so much fun to see and be a part of! Going on this trip for the first time and getting the lay of the land was perfect for our first visit. Our next trip will include a lot of the same things but definitely will have some other new things up our sleeves to add on to Trip #2! Can’t wait!
Spring has sprung at Silos Baking Co. Just look at these lovely flower boxes on the side of the bakery. The design of the bakery is so efficient that after you put in order and receive your order, there is a side door to exit. As soon as people scoot out, more people are allowed in the front door.
There’s plenty of space everywhere to sit and relax. Or to just sit down and enjoy what you just purchased at the bakery. Perfect spots to soak it all in. The flower and plants are just beautiful all around the property. It’s so relaxing that you would never know that 30,000 visitors from around the world pass through the Magnolia Market at the Silos each week.
Check out more deliciousness in my Magnolia Table post.
