Gluten-Free Sausage Balls

Breakfast could not be any easier using Pamela’s Gluten-Free Baking & Pancake Mix for delicious gluten-free sausage balls. These sausage balls are a tradition for Hubby to make for our Christmas morning breakfast. The recipe is SUPER easy. Again, no one will ever know these sausage balls are gluten-free.

They taste full of flavor, have a wonderful consistency, and go great with a bowl of fruit and grits on the side. So delicious!! If you are a Southerner, you will be familiar with sausage balls and will be happy, happy, happy to now have a gluten-free recipe for them! If you are a Northerner, these tasty yummies will be something you will want to make again and again!

Gluten-Free Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean All Natural Regular Sausage
  • 3 cups Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix
  • 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup water

 

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well by hand. Roll into 1 – 1 1/2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip balls over on cookie sheet and bake for another 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy!
