GLUTEN-FREE SPICED PECANS
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Place butter in a microwave-safe dish. Heat in microwave on Full Power for 20 seconds, or until melted. Place pecan halves in a plastic bag. Pour melted butter over nuts and toss in a bag. Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour over pecans in the bag. Shake to coat evenly. Spread pecans on a paper plate. Cook in microwave on medium-high for 1 1/2 minutes or until hot.
