The Yellow Daisy Festival at Stone Mountain Park is always so much fun! Katie and I decided to spend the afternoon there yesterday. It’s still opened today, Sunday until 5 p.m. So you have plenty of time to check it out. Not a lot of gluten-free options to eat while you are there in the food court area. There are however some fun food items to purchase.
Margie’s Creations Dips and Oil-Bread Dips are always one of my first stops to stock up on gluten-free deliciousness! Margie also has some fruit dips and cheesecake mixes that are gluten-free as well. If you show your military ID she throws in an additional dip for free! How nice is that! They are all full of flavor. I don’t taste test because of the cross-contamination of regular pretzel sticks, but I can tell you how delicious they each are! Everyone behind the counter is so sweet and is always ready to answer any questions you may have.
Some fabulously delicious gluten-free flavors are Cracked Crab, Cucumber-Dill, Dill-icious Dill, Garlic Galore, New England Lobster (can’t wait to add lobster meat to it), Bloom-In Onion, Vidalia Onion, Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip, Caramel Sea Salt and sugar-free cheesecake mix lemon chiffon and White Chocolate Raspberry! Yummy!!
Email Margie if you would like to place an order: embeerman@aol.com Please tell her you learned about her on Unexpected Discoveries! I am thinking some of these dips would be a fun free giveaway! Stay tuned for that……
