The National Quartet Convention in Pigeon Forge Tennessee, in September 2016, was a toe-tapping endless supply of energy and rejuvenation. This convention is a tradition in the Great Smoky Mountains every Fall. The views in the Great Smoky Mountains are a bit “smoky” but just gorgeous! I wasn’t able to make it in 2017, but look out for 2018, here I come! I can’t wait to go back to see all of the groups singing again. The singing is continuous throughout the day or evening, depending on which tickets you have. But if you need a break, or just want to get up to get out and about to roam around, you are free to do that. The groups have tables set up where you can visit with them and purchase their albums or other merchandise. The Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area has some restaurants with gluten-free options like Mellow Mushroom and Texas Roadhouse Grill. Let’s not forget the shopping! Something for everyone!
The Tribute Quartet was such a joy to listen to and watch their dynamic personalities! Their voices completely compliment each other and they are packed with personality! It was such a treat to be able to see them for the first time. I bought their CD and have been so happy listening to it!
Anthony Davis, Riley Clark, Josh Singletary, Gary Casto are the members of the Tribute Quartet. Such friendly and classy guys!
Please click on this video to get a taste of the Tribute Quartet. One song after another has just as much energy as the first. These guys are so talented and kind to boot! When I go back in 2018, I am making sure that the Tribute Quartet is scheduled to perform on one of the days that I plan on attending. Can’t wait to see them sing again in person!! I also have a friend who will be singing in his gospel group in the Up and Coming Artists entertainment section. Can’t wait to see him as well. So much fun to look forward to! By the way, GREAT JOB TRIBUTE QUARTET!!
Smiling ear to ear,
