An unexpected discovery today at Ingles! Their gluten-free selections are increasing! Laura Lynn’s (Ingles brand) gluten-free sugar cookie mix is delicious! The cookies are buttery and have a melt-in-your-mouth consistency. This box makes 24 cookies. Roll into balls, place on a greased cookie sheet, slightly press using the palm of the hand (note above, fingers give indentations/palms are smoother), and go crazy with sprinkles. Cake Mate Rainbow and Chocolate Sprinkles used here are gluten-free. If you need a super quick homemade taste cookie, then these are for you! It’s impossible to eat just one!
